Camp Okuti Botswana

Camp Okuti is a delightful camp that lies alongside the Maunachira River which flows through the Xakanaxa Lediba, within the world renowned Moremi Game Reserve. Offering a welcome touch of comfort, Okuti's beautiful thatched chalets are set on lush green lawns, amidst the wilderness of one of Botswana's prime game viewing regions.

 

 

Accommodation at Camp Okuti  is for a maximum of eithteen guests in insect-proofed thatched chalets.  Each chalet has an en-suite bathroom, hot and cold running water and flush toilets.  Most chalets are made up of twin beds with the exception of the family chalet which offers two rooms sharing a bathroom, ideal for families. 

 

Game drives in the Moremi Game Reserve in specially designed safari vehicles allows for unhindered views, game viewing and photography.  The Moremi Game Reserve is a reserve rich in wildlife and game viewing is consistent year round so it is ideal for the first time visitor to Botswana.  In addition to game drives you can explore the delta waterways by motorboat.  Open lagoons and winding channels offer birders a paradise, especially for herons and storks in the breeding season.
