Peering out from ancient camelthorn trees on the banks of the Savute channel, part of the dynamic Savute eco system renowned for its large concerntration of elephant herds and lion prides is Savute Safari Lodge.  The dinning room is in a seperate building which can double up as a conference room that seats up to twenty delegates.  The lounge, library and cocktail bar are situated in the exquisite thatch and timber main building facing a viewing deck ideal for watching game at the water hole.  Savute Safari Lodge's swimming pool is built on a raised wooden teak deck overlooking the Savute channel, so guests can watch game while cooling off.

Savute Safari Lodge can accommodates twenty four guests in contemporary furnished luxury wood, thatch and glass safari suites which are ideal for the hot and dry conditions. The suites, with their spacious interiors and large sliding glass doors, sets the lodge apart from typical safari accommodation. Each suite has its own large private viewing decks and en-suite facilities with showers and flush toilets.  His and hers bath robes and tea and coffee making facilities are provided and helps to make Savute Safari Lodge an unforgettable experience.

         

Savute Safari Lodge offers game drives in open 4x4 safari vehicles in the Savute area, including the Savute Marsh, and a visit to the ancient San rock paintings at Gubatsa Hills as activities.
